Going to do a ride on Saturday 1/23. We will start in Middleburg with FIP at 11:30ish. We are planning on about 45 miles. In the hills so wind will not be a big factor.

Spin Class1/17 @ 1:30 @ Hilliard Y

Lynn is ready to kick our butts in a personal spin class at the Hilliard YMCA on Sunday Jan. 17th at 1:30pm. Be there with your towel, bottle of water, and a work your butt off attitude. It starts at 1:30, be there at 1pm to get signed up.
